As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were getting into, and I’m pretty sure we hold some kind of record for how many houses we made offers on… and then changed our minds. Let me out myself from the start as someone hostile to the real estate industry, paranoid about trusting anyone else with something as important as buying or selling a home, and definitely in the do-it-yourself camp. Had we not had a friend recommend Linda, we would probably have tried to list with one of the many realtor-in-name-only entities out there; but, wary of having to sign a listing contract even for that, and with assurances that Linda was trustworthy, we decided to get a *real* realtor's help. Linda was wonderful to work with! We had to move unexpectedly and in the middle of a remodel because of a job offer. Linda took on all challenges without hesitation. Linda and her team are amazing to work with. I am a recent transplant from CA and just bought a place in Eden Prairie . Right from driving around neighborhoods to closing on a house of my choice at very short notice and helping interpret the million documents that get thrown at you in the process! Linda is a truly fantastic realtor. My spouse and I were first time homebuyers and Linda guided us through the process start to finish. Linda worked very hard to make sure we found a home that was the best fit for us and would be a good investment. Linda sold a triplex for us, just after Thanksgiving, as we were relaxing in the sunshine of Mexico. She said she prided herself on being a problem solver, so we gave her a lot of problems: A mice infestation, a broken furnace, an impossible tenant, and a buyer inspection that was wrong to the point of abusive. She managed it all with aplomb. Linda is an old fashioned agent: she does it all.

So I've just signed the documents on my second investment property that I've purchased with the help of Linda, and we've gone through months of research and searching. (We) had some challenges in a very tight, very competitive market and with her help through the process of research, finding contractors to iron out the wrinkles, and just her contacts in the industry: we've done this very challenging market again, but we here we are the smile on our face and if you're looking for a real estate agent, whether it's residential or investment, I highly recommend Linda.

I would just like to say that after being in my home for half of my lifetime, it was a very difficult move, but Linda made it so that it was perfect. We had multiple offers. Linda and her team were awesome in helping us buy our home in Minneapolis! Linda not only worked hard at finding places for us to look at, but she also listened to the subtle issues which could have become deal breakers, such as too much truck traffic on nearby streets. And then, once we committed to closing, she was the best source for the contractors we needed to do the finishing touches, such as who to do a new wood floor to replace the old shag carpet in the owners suite! As people who moved from the East Coast, this detailed local knowledge was priceless! We even referred her to some friends who were moving from out of state, and they loved her...

While this isn't their specialty, Linda from day one tapped into her network and delivered strategy and tactical guidance.
